evince suddenly stopped opening dejavu files

erm yeah, yesterday evince was opening my .djvu files with no problem, today it just crashes whenever I try to open them; anyone know how to fix this?


edit: so I downloaded djview4 and whenever I try to open any djvu files I get told that it cannot decode them due to a corrupted IFF file (illegal chunk ID). but I was able to open them yesterday :s
