Sound coming out of speakers and headphones...

Hey all, I've posted before and need some help again

Installed the latest Ubuntu on an Acer Aspire One netbook but whenever I plug in headphones, the sound keeps playing through the speakers...

I've found some posts related to this but nothing seems to work...
