Anything like Wine but for OS X programs?

Looking for something that can run OSX programs (specifically interested in running http://www.loopware.com/iflash/)

I've used mnemosyne but it's not as user friendly as iFlash, right now im using Flash Card Manager via Wine but it doesn't support images.

I don't think there is unfortunately.

I looked around for something like this a while back because I wanted to run Smultron (which is also Open-Source ). Sadly I didn't find any results

It's actually a lot trickier to make than Wine since many Apple apps require specifically-Apple hardware.
