Do you have some freetime? .. and a heart?

Hi to everyone here at the forum.

I'd like to bring to your attention, a website which donates free rice to those out there who are starving. At the same time, you can learn new words and improve your vocabulary. You can get all the information you need on their website. They'll explain how they can afford to donate free rice. Please read their FAQs if you have doubt.

So, if you have some free time, please go to http://www.freerice.com and do some good. You can post cropped screenshots of how many grains (or bowls) of rice you've donated each time you play.

The first time you play, the words might be easy. But it gets harder once you level-up. Remember to have fun also!
EDIT: There are other languages: French, German, Italian, and Spanish. There are several different subjects as well - grammar learning, Art, Chemistry, Geography and Math. Click on "Change Subjects".

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with the organization whatsoever. I just stumbled upon them and want to spread the word.

I'm at lvl 9 now. Is "nebula" really an English word? I'm not native, but lots of weird words here..

Thanks for bringing this up, I had forgotten it..

EDIT: Finally managed to reach lvl 12 on 3,7k rice.

Nebula is an astrology word: "a faint, cloudlike, self-luminous mass of matter situated beyond the solar system among the stars." - Dictionary in Ubuntu

Yes, I got it correct. I thought such a word only science could create.

Managed to lvl 14, a little more than 4k rice. Need a rest.

It's latin and stands for 'fog' or 'mist'.

Imagine that popcorn bag, with rice as its contents. I shall do my part for the greater good.
