CUPS is already installed, its the basis for printing in Linux to begin with... follow the info I posted...
And I Found this with a simple google search using these key words
aculaser C900 driver linux
I know not everyone is computer savy and we all need help, but try searching for things before posting that your lost. Also let us know if you need more info on what to do, I know not everyone can understand computer geek talk
LoewSky, I have spent the last week running around in circle trying to find this driver I have searched on google and I got onto the 2 site you sugest, but if you had looked properly instead of a quick glance on the first page and then getting on here to rant you would have seen that http://driverscollection.com/?H=ACUL...Epson&SS=Linux acutally takes you to driveragent.com which requires you to download more software for windows and doesn't support linux. The other one only give information on the driver not how to install it.
I have the same kind of printer. I got it to work with Fedora a few years back using a driver I found. However when I tried to get that same driver to work with Ubuntu I just ran around i circles. I'll post it as soon as I find it.
