I noticed this 2 days ago, tried to fix it myself.. but I had absolutely no luck. So I did some test to see what it was.. and the results were:

That's what lead me to believe it is my wireless internet drivers.. Now, I tested the same device on Windows, and it worked perfectly, as expected... To note, when on Ubuntu, it doesn't do this at first, only after a few minutes of browsing. Also, it didn't do this when I first used the device, and I haven't made any installs/changes since this error was noticeable.
At this point, if no one can help me, i'm just going to back up and reinstall. If it comes to that, could someone please tell me how to output all installed applications/packages/libraries into a .txt file? I don't feel like manually adding each application, simply because I have nearly 200 applications installed, and more than enough libraries/packages.
And lastly, this is GREATLY interfering with using Ubuntu.. The biggest problem is, when it goes to 100%, my entire screen starts to lose frames... and is dramatically freezing my mouse, this makes it nearly impossible to use the internet widely.... If this continues, I might truly go back to WinBlows on this computer.
Thanks for your time, Samual.
