I'm planning to buy this TV Tuner (Avermedia TV Tuner AVerTV DVB-T Volar X) and I would like to know if this tv tuner works with 64 bit Hardy Heron? I'll only buy if it definitely works.

Sorry I can't help you with the AVerTV DVB-T Volar X as I don't have one. There aren't that many people here using TV Capture cards and as a result there isn't all that much documentation on what works.
