limited permission users

Hey all,

I have setup my work pc so i can use firefox through an ssh tunnel. What i wanted to know is how to setup users (friends) who can do the same thing but when they log in via ssh they cant move out of their home directory or use any commands such as ifconfig and the like.

Any help would be appreciated

ive tested that out but from ssh the user i created (with nothing selected) still has access to commands such as top and ifconfig and can change directory
