[SOLVED] Photoshop CS installed, but wrong language

I finally dusted off my photoshop cs and installed it, but it's in Italian, I think. I chose to use english when prompted. I found a setup.ini file and changed a setting from 0009 to 0409 which should give me english, and installed it over the prior version, but I'm stuck in Italian.

Anybody have this problem before and know how to fix it? My default language in Ubuntu is English, btw.

My bad. Been a while since I UNINSTALLED anything. I can't believe I forgot to just do that first.
