how to find out if my router has been hacked??

Hi, odd things are happening with the router. I am getting ip conflicts even though I assigned each laptop a static ip.

How can I detect if someone has hacked into our network??

Is their a log?? I have a linksystem router.

any help I would appreciate it.

    Thanks for your time.

If you're worried about being hacked, and you have Linksys, why not re-flash it with DD-WRT or Tomato?

Really - run open source on your PC, run open source on your router. Both of the above frankly whip the kinickers off the commercially installed crud that comes with the router out of the box.
