Conky flicker

Before this it was ok but since last night it started to flicker occasionally. I already enable double_buffer (since I begin using conky long time before). What else should I do to stop this problem

Yes. But it was running all this while without problem

I once turned the double buffer off, restart conky, enable it again, restart conky..
that worked.. once..
