    Wink toshiba m3 touchpad

I have looked in here and haven't found what I'm looking for for i just pop this post in to see if there is any fix for this.

I have just got my hands on a 2nd hand laptop a Toshiba M3 (1.7
Ghz). I have installed 8.04 and i get everything working lovely.....

    BUT ....

The touch pad don't work. I have to use a usb mouse to do anything. is there a fix for this.

I have seen in other posts about xorg.conf files but when i look over what i have got its the same as them.

If anyone could help me out that would be lovely.
Many thanks for your time in this matter

Since the mouse is detected as a standard PS/2 mouse (i believe), it would have to be a problem related to your bios or the touchpad itself.
