    Media card reader in HP laptop

    Anybody know how to make the media slot (cf, xd etc) work?
    Mines a DV6736nr

    I works out of the box for SD cards, theres no linux support for Memory Stick and such. Drivers have to be coded for the kernel to work with that type of cards.

    There are a lot of threads dealing with this in the forums. Its been stated that USB card readers work with every card type.
