Epson C90 does not work properly!..

i have an epson c90 printer that works properly on window$ running on VBox with the supplied CD driver.. but everytime i use it to print documents on ubuntu it just pull out the paper but does not print anything on it?!.. i tried the different settings and driver option from ubuntu but gives the same result.. can i use the driver that comes in with the CD included on the printer?.. how?

try using your browser click this >> http://localhost:631 it will open an interface to CUPS.
just follow the prompts to add printer. goodluck!

use the Stylus C68 Gutenprint driver it works good for me on the same printer (I have 2 Epson C90 units at home)

confirming above advice. gutenprint is the better driver for Epson, HPLIP for HP.

Try using C79 driver for C90. It should be faster than C68 one.
