Any updates on Maple Story progress via Linux?

Hi! I'm curious if there are any updates. I'd really like to be able to play that game again without having to install a Windows partition.

    MS via WINE?

    MS via <some-other-means>?

I'd also like to avoid having to mess with my partitions... and I'm past due for leveling up my Crusader!

After a quick search the most recent post i found was

Re: Any updates on Maple Story progress via Linux?

I've got WinXP running via VMware Server Console. Installed Maple Story. Though, something's buggy with the VM app, causing probs in my main system operations (like shift keys (and caps key) don't work), it's very weird.

As far as MS goes, it installed, though on opening the game it gives a blank screen. It was either blue or black, though in any case no luck actually running it so far. I've tried "ctrl-alt" and similar, though to no avail.
