Some DVDs won't rip in HandBrake

I'm using HandBrakeGTK to rip DVDs on my PSP and I ripped I few movies, but when I tried to rip some of them, it wouldn't work.
HandBrakeGTK tells me to select the "VIDEO_TS" file in the DVD. It worked when the DVD had the files "VIDEO_TS" and "AUDIO_TS". But the ones with ONLY "VIDEO_TS" in the DVD or "VIDEO_TS" and some other weird folders, it doesn't work. When I click on the video titles, I get titles with 2 minutes on it, not the 1 hour or 2 hour title.

Can I fix this using HandBrake or will I have to install a new application?

Give me an example of a title that won't rip...

It could be a DRM issue...

Napoleon Dynamite and Rush Hour 3

Napoleon Dynamite has the following folders in the DVD:
VIDEO_TS

and Rush Hour 3 has the following folders:
VIDEO_TS
JACKET_P
common
win
AUDIO_TS

You've been bitten by DRM...

Check out http://www.defectivebydesign.org/node to learn more about why it's not your software that failed you, it's the company who produced your DVDs.

You may need to add another step to remove DRM from the DVD before the "rip."

BTW, if you're Canadian, pre-ripping could soon be a one way ticket to jail...
