Exclamation Using Test Disk to recover lost XP Partition after Ubuntu installation

Alright, I've been working on this for a while...

When I installed Ubuntu, I seemed to have installed it over my XP files... I'd like to suggest that ubuntu be clearer in its installer on what function does what....

Anyways.., I've run text disk to see the lost partitions. This is what it came out with:

I can see the "Dellrestore"/NTFS one....but what do I do to it now?

What should I do? Am I going down the right path?

I love Ubuntu and don't want to see it go...but dare I say it...if I cant get this sorted, I'll have to wipe the hard drive (lose all my data that is in my XP files) and will be a Windows person from now on. I hate windows, but if it means simplicity and me just having to suck it up and deal wiht a bad OS... I'll do it. I love unbuntu, but it has really burned me. I hope I can get this sorted.

Thanks for any help you guys and gals can provide.

Have you had a look at this howto:

It seem to be quite comprehensive.
