PowerISO insists I mount from my hdd?!!?

My PowerISO v3.3 is convinced I need to mount the second of four iso files to my c drive. I've tried mounting from the DVDs, and from the iso files on an external, but after mounting "[J:]E:\power.iso", and installing first file, it wants disk 2 from C drive. ??

You seem to be talking about Windows software. This is an Ubuntu forum. What exactly do you want? Are you trying to install Wubi or something like that?

There is a Linux version of Poweriso. It is available here:

I use it to convert .daa images to .iso
