    Who uses Gimmie?

Do you use Gimmie? Why? Is it complete enough, stable, and ready for primetime?

To those who use it, can you give me tips on how to use it? How did you get used to it?

I would use it in a heartbeat if:

    - It was fast and responsive
    - It didn't spawn a window in the window list for no reason
    - It supported emesene in the messaging tab.

Looks interesting. It's not in the Etch repos, so I'll try it when Lenny becomes stable.

That makes sense. I mean, the idea behind Gimmie is really good but Gimmie doesn't do well what it is supposed to do.

doesn't work for me that well. I add the applet and it appears 5 minutes later. and locks up the computer sometimes.

I've always found it to be crashy. Also Gimmie doesn't seem to be developed anymore. All development has moved to MAYANNA
