    Yoga

    No exactly computer/linux/ubuntu related...
Does anybody know where I can download an audio yoga class for free?
I just need the voice of an instructor giving me directions, I can look for the position in my own books. Everywhere I looked so far I had to pay, but the open source community is usually in the know where to find good creative commons or free stuff that you don't know how to find anywhere else.
So does anybody have any tips?

These are full video podcasts. You may find them interesting:

    https://www.miroguide.com/channels/5555

There was another one, too, which was promoted when Miro was still new. Forget where it was, but I'll post it when I get back to my computer...
(Edit: It was "Yoga Today". Long gone, it appears).

It's not really necessary. Nice for the people that can afford it, but millions of people have managed to learn it on their own. It just takes practice, focus, and having a relaxed environment to do it in.
