Porblem of Error 21 with GRUB on VM Ware

Hi,
I have Windows XP/ Ubuntu dual boot system, which is working fine. I have 2 HDDs (one IDE-Primary, other SCSI-Seconday), on the IDE I have the MBR to which the GRUB is written.

Now I have installed VM ware workstation 6.0.2, on windows and tried to load linux (by chosing the Linux option from the dual boot menu).
But after configuring the same and specified the HDD as IDE1 (Use Entire Disk), I'm getting the error as shown in the screenshot.

Error 21

Please help me in solving this issue.
