July 2008 Desktop Screenshot thread

OS: Ubuntu 8.04 (gnome)
Wallpaper: Grass Blades (OSX)
Icon theme: Oxygen
Screenlets: ClearCalendar, DigiClock, Trash, Weather
Emerald theme: FutureLooks

Mostly it's just a very minimalists desktop, with mostly green and grey colors. Gnome-do, compiz, and the widget layer let me eliminate a lot of the buttons and menus from the panel.

Here is my desktop. I use two monitors, that is why it is so wide.

i like the standard aurora with Shiny orange window decs.
background is from gnome-look.org orange cirle.
Icons are a modified set from gnome-look.org mac ultimate. I have been replacing some of the icons with my own. I will eventually post my modified version somewhere.
