    Open Gl death after Hardy upgrade

    EDIT: Problem solved, look at next post
    I know there are a million posts about this, but I can't seem to get any solution to work for me. I trying fixing the apparently broken link, but that didn't work. I tried removing my nvidia-glx drivers and reinstalling, didn't remove. I am running a GeForce 3. My system detects a geforce 4 in the system settings. This the error message when I try apt-get remove nvidia-glx:
    <code>
    Do you want to continue [Y/n]? y
    (Reading database ... 206999 files and directories currently installed.)
    Removing nvidia-glx ...

    Re: Open Gl death after Hardy upgrade

    Thanks to anyone who looked at this, but I've managed to setup the drivers. I used the envy text interface. I had used the gui before the above post, and it had spewed up errors. Sorry for the trouble.
