Wireless Networking Using Netgear DG834G

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble with the Netgear router. Gutsy Gibbon detects my network, and I can connect to it after entering the WEP key. It's just that the speeds are absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes they hit 600kbps, whilst other times they are less than 1kbps! What's going on?

Any help would be appreciated.

You could try manually entering the DNS server addys into your wireless connection.
Sometimes this speeds things up a little.
