    Hello everybody I have a question: What app do i need to connect my mobile device to ubuntu (mio a701) runs on windows mobile 6.0 and i need to sync it with my pc or if u can tell me if it`s possible to install ubuntu on it i will do it gladly

    You can use wammu or gammu to connect mobile phone's.

    To install wammu and gammu type the respective in terminal.

    sudo apt-get install wammu
    Code:
    sudo apt-get install gammu

    It does not know about windows mobile devices and it can not detect my phone... hmm what to do is there any way to install ubuntu on my device or any other app that knows to do what active sync does ?

    Check out Opie. Far better and more stable than any WM I've used.
