This isn't even close to the truth. There is no way GNOME, KDE, and XFCE are beat by Window Maker... I think he's still counting old votes, from the days when Window Maker and other Window managers were very popular.

Metacity gets 8 votes and Window Maker gets 1221? That site has a very high percentage of Window Maker users.
