Tamil Letter SHRII

Hi All,

I want to know, How can I type Tamil letter SHRII in Unicode font. In unicode site it has been mentioned as:

TAMIL SYLLABLE SHRII; 0BB6 0BCD 0BB0 0BC0

I am using Ubuntu 8.04 version.

Also I want to know is there any unicode hexadecimal values for all Tamil UzhirMeyi Eluzhuthukkal?
