Wake-on-lan (a bit tangential)
I'm trying to get an 'experiment' server set up for Wake-on-lan. I've followed the instructions in this older post and then send a Magic Packet from a program in Windows.
The problem I have is I'm always asked for IP addresses and I'm a little confused, if I'm on a standard 192.168.2.* network then I should be entering an IP of 192.168.2.255 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, correct?

Can't edit posts here due to draconian js restrictions
Just wanted to add that I'm using this magic packet generator.
