I've been playing with xfce today. I did a xfwm theme earlier.

I should point out I am mostly just remixing the work of others. I'm working on a custom window decoration now. I would like to change the black window on top border to a strong grey but I'm struggling. The menu text on the blue in firefox should be white I just have not got to that yet. I'm little tired got to go to bed soon. Here's the file to play with and a screen shot.
