Help me fix these issues reflected by the screen when i shutdown or restart

First one,relating to mldonkey,it seems that i didn't uninstall mldonkey-server completely.
And these still existing files ensure me:
/var/lib/dpkg/info/mldonkey-server.list
/etc/init.d/mldonkey-server

I used "sudo aptitude remove --purge mldonkey-server" to uninstall it.
So just removing the two files mentioned above will solove this problem?

The second,
it is about Networkmanager.And i have no idea about the reason of this.
According to Google,it seems a bug that haven't yet been fixed.

My OS:Ubuntu 8.04

As per the second part I also get this output on my monitor when shutting down or restarting. Don't know how to fix it, but it does not seem to be causing any problems with the system.
