Usplash question 7.10 v

I'm looking for a Usplash bootsplash screen with the scrollbar just like the one on the Sprint page for the Instinct phone. It's hard to describe as it is lighted and spinning as it moves across the page during its load. If you go up to Sprint and click on the Instinct phone and load one of the features you will see the screen come up. I like that scrollbar and have searched all over the net for a screen that has it. Thanks for any help.
