Broadcom wireless lan driver

Hello.
I have got Ubuntu installed today, but i seem to be having trouble getting the wireless internet going.

I have installed the driver located Here but it still does not seem to want to work.

Any help appreciated.

With my HP z5000 I had to open the Restricted Drivers Manager from the Administration page and enable the driver. all worked fine from there.

hi, i just tried that twice, each time my system froze up.

any ideas why?

is there a way to do this via the terminal?
