Awesome Game, Complete Annihiliation

hey all, I've been playing this open source RTS game for a while, it's based on the TA spring engine, the way the TA spring engine works is it gives a basis for mods to work. complete annihilation is by far the best mod for this game. if you want to play it (it works on linux and windows) go to http://trac.caspring.org/ and follow instructions on the page, you'll want the CA downloader and then you need to download spring and all that(it's pretty straightforward.)

gameplay is a but harsh on newbies but it only takes a couple hours to get it down.

so for serious RTS gamers, I highly suggest you check it out, it's based on the game Total Annihilation from the 80's or 90's . . . forgot.

so for people who have already played it, have anything to add?

right on, it's a pretty complex RTS game compared to most, lots of buildings, lots of dynamics in the units you can have.
