Hey all. Was just curious if anyone had managed to come up with a way to alt tab out of Word of Warcraft and keep their sound? I can semi tab out but when I come back I have 0 sound. It's not the end of the world but a little bit annoying. Thanks!

Never been a problem for me, using ALSA. Perhaps you're using OSS?

I went through winecfg and changed it...i have sound in game and sound out of game..but when i tab out and come back no sound in game anymore...but still sound outside. I started with OSS and then switched to ALSA and its the same.

There is an option in WoW to play sound in the background. Should work... I think.

I have this problem too. Ever figure out what the problem was? My guess it's something to do with pulse audio.
