We computer lovers like to seat for hours
on our butts and gaze the screen .
while we training our minds the rest of the body is left behind ,legs are getting numb ,belly getting
bigger ,spinal column getting bent ,chest & shoulders sinking down and the neck getting stiff.
This post is to see how healthy we are and to give an
idea/kick-start for a physical activity to other.
