Its working!!! But.... when i highlight a mp3 now it doesn't autoplay and when i open them with the default player i get no sound although i get login sounds, pidgin notifications, sound in flash and all of these are definitely eq'd any ideas, my friend?

UPDATE: I tried using vlc to open mp3 files and they work but i tried using realaudio and it locked up my system 3x in a row requiring a reboot each time to stop the ruckus! I wasn't able to kill pulseaudio once it locked up, shortly after the system became pretty unresponsive.
