How To Install downloaded drivers/packs

I am new (few days) in Linux\Kububuntu operating system.
I start to use linux because i believe that linux is the os for public use in the future.

I have already install edubuntu 8.04 successfully (I think!).

I have already download (www.hometouchsystems.com) a file named "ubuntu5.1.tar.gz", contains drivers for "touch screen panel" (it is a panel that can be attached to any lcd monitor and when drivers installed the monitor becomes a "touch screen monitor").

I open /decompress the file and now i have a folder named "Touchkit", but i don't know What To Do with this folders and/or HOW TO INSTALL the drivers.

I need some instructions.
