    Changing home directory folders

Hello, I am new to ubuntu so sorry if the question is easy to answer.

I wanted to change my language to polish so I did. I restared and new window came up and asked me if I want to change the home directory folders name to polish names. I said yes. So instead od "Desktop" I have polish name "Pulpit". Now I changed the language back to english but the folders are still in polish language. How do I change it back?

As a work around right click and rename. Bit of a pain though.

OK I can rename the rest but how do I change default desktop folder? So that files inside "Desktop" will actualy be on desktop.
