would an apt-get update fix it?

The link it's trying to download isn't available to me either...so I'm going to assume you have the wrong link in the repositories...

Apparently it doesn't exist. If you click that link you'll get a 404. They may be updating the repos or something. Wait a while and see if it is fixed.

I am getting the same error message. Additionally, since upgrading to 8.04, Wine has failed to function, so, I was hoping this update might fix things on my machine. How do I fix this?
