I installed gcursor and I changed the cursor, but it' switches back to the default cursor when I move the cursor outside of windows, like the status bar or the desktop.

Is this a normal thing that I'll just have to live with or is there something I'm just not getting?

Try logout and login again.

I've searched the depths of the net to find this cursor and cant seem to locate it. Does anyone know what its called and where I can get it? It glows particles similar to fire and trails some with the cursor. It looks to be aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. Thanks
