    change kde app icon

    Hello there,
I use kAlarm on ubuntu hardy, and there is an ugly icon at the top bar of the kAlarm icon, kinda looks like a 4 bit mickey mouse icon or something. I wanted to know if there was any way possible to change the icon?

The icons for KDE are stored in /usr/share/icons/default.kde. This directory is a symlink, so entering it will put you in the directory of whichever icon set is set as default in your distro. Find the offending icon, and simply change it out with one you want.
