ALT+TAB does not work when we are dragging some item using mouse?

I have Ubuntu 7.10 and I think this is a requirement and Ubuntu does not have it in version 7.10.

imagine that you want to drag some files from folder A to folder B, folder B is on top of all folders, you select all files and drag them by mouse (you have left mouse button pressed) now try to use ALT+TAB to change the current window to another window, it wont work .

Is there some setting to make this work? Is it fixed in ubuntu 8.04?
