    Intel Graphic Card

    Hello everybody!
    well, i'm newbie in linux ubuntu. in that week maybe tomorrow i will install linux, but i have some questions.

    I was bought a news pc and that include a intel graphic card with 256mb on memory in windows vista work very good. but i was read in some forums that. Ubuntu don't support intel graphic cards. and i don't know if the new version has support it!

    my model is:
    Intel (R) 82945G Express Chipset Family.

    pd; my screen it's on 22"

    Well the beauty of linux is that you can run live cd's.
    Download the latest desktop image , and boot from it without installing.
    This way you can actually try it and it will not "mess with your system"

    Btw intel graphics cards are supported in ubuntu.
    But again if you want to be sure it will run , boot a live cd.
