Wubi - Could not access the CD problem!

Hi!
I downloaded the Final ISO, burned fine... tried the Live CD, work fine, see the checksum, everything ok... but when I try to install over Windows XP Sp2 give me the error "Could not Access the CD..." after 100% cd image make...
I read the %temp% wubi and everything is ok...
I tried to install with all windows closed, dont have any program using the CD... so I dont know why Im having this problem... and its the final release, not beta cd...

Does anyone can help me, and others with same problem?!
