I have been having trouble installing and using programs through the add/remove programs menu recently, giving me an error about sound converter, a program i have downloaded.
So i thought i would uninstall and reinstall sound converter, but when i try to uninstall it i get this error message
E: soundconverter: subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 139
And it says it has failed to uninstall.
edit: i tried to software update, but it says my program index is broken and to run a console command, but this gives me an error when i do it
wer@wer-laptop:~$ sudo apt-get install -f
