I have no idea what this is supposed to mean. Sounds like meaningless marketing speak to me.
Anyway, some meaningful marketing speak follows

Those who are fond of AWN's fundamentally sound architecture and belief in a focus on usability (with a bit of shiny thrown in) are encouraged to post questions/thoughts on our forums at
http://awn.planetblur.org/ and report bugs on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/awn and
https://bugs.launchpad.net/awn-extras. There is also planet AWN at
http://planet.awn-project.org/ and our irc channel (#awn) on freenode.net. Please note that AWN devs rarely browse the Ubuntu forums so if you'd like ensure we see a comment please keep this in mind
And for those who are using the awn-testing PPA,0.4 is progressing and testing packages should appear within a few weeks. It's a fundamental rewrite where we have taken the tenets of stability, usability and ease of applet development and extended these even further to provide a basis for many cool (and usable) features, both in this upcoming release and future releases.
