How do I open a one web page within another?

What I want to do is have my webpage using my header, footer, and links and then open a webpage from another website in a scrollable box in the center of the page.

I have attatched a diagram to help better show what I mean

Please could some one show me how to do this?

I want to avoid using frames if possible because of the nature of the hosting will try and mess with this and open lots of adverts in each frame.
