The longest jouney

I've recently picked up the Dreamfall pack, which also includes The longest journey. Using Wine 0.9.58 The longest journey installs and starts up, but the menus run very slowly and don't appear to work.

Has anyone had any success with this game before?

Looks like you might be out of luck, buddy. The WineAppDB shows test results of Bronze at best and mostly Garbage.

I had no luck when I tried installing it under wine.
I even had problems just getting it to work on my Windows XP partition.
Had to update the installed .exe to a version 156 I think it was, (couldn't update it further for some bizarre reason, and the version 156 wasn't easy to find and get)
But it's a great game, so don't give up trying to get it working.
