I have used vmware on Windows.. It has options for you to utilize your graphics card... plus, you might not use NAT every time, but use the network adapter directly.. In my case, I use a simple file sharing app called IP Messenger (IPMSG32.EXE) under WinXP installed on virtualBox in Gutsy.. But due to NAT, it fails to detect other computers on the network.. plus, virtualBox doesn't provide me plug-n-play.. am I missing something here? Or should I simply switch to vmware?
