    Smile [SOLVED] Ubuntu games

    hi,
here are some of my favorite freeware games on Xp. Do any of you know of Ubuntu equivalents or even better the same games in Linux versions?

    alienbreed
    thrust
    Naac
    Zetrix
    ChoRenSha 68K 1.01
    Setera
    Luxor
    Head over Heels
    Bookworm Deluxe

Also does anyone know of an excellent freeware Snooker / Pool & Darts games for Linux?

    Cheers.

For snooker/billiards/pool try foobillard. It's in the repos and I think it is pretty good. There's also billard-gl, which I've never looked at as it doesn't have snooker in the game list, so is not my thing, but it might be yours.

Would you happen to have links to these games? Or better yet: a description of what each one is (Solitaire card game, that sort of thing). We'd be glad to help with a little help.

    Thanks

There's a 64-bit and 32-bit guide, though the 32-bit guide might be outdated.
